A cleaning/damage deposit in the amount of $250 is required. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of departure if premises are left in clean and satisfactory condition. If cleaning, damage, repair or loss, expenses must be incurred by Chapman Lodge to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Guest's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the cleaning deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded to Guest.
A 50% Deposit is also required to make a reservation. Remaining amount due at check-in plus $250 cleaning deposit is due upon arrival.
Payment is due upon check-in. Michigan tax is 6% and will be added to your total bill. Your deposit is 100% refundable with 30 day advance notification, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
